Denarii Resources is a company that  explores  and develops  mineral resources, which possess a 100% interest in the McNab Molybdenum property situated in Southwest British Columbia, Canada and the Bateman gold and nickel property next to Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada.

At present, Denarii is analyzing several precious metal properties, which are present in North, South and Latin America.

The company has signed a joint-venture agreement with Guyanex Minerals of Toronto, Canada to expand around 3,158 acres of gold mineral claims situated in Guyana, South America.

The three concessions are sited by the side of the Cuyuni River and consist of both the potential placer gold and adjacent hard rock gold mining properties.

The company has planned to instantly commence an exploration program, which includes surveying and marking property limitations, drilling by means of a Banka drill to estimate alluvial materials to find out gold values, and geophysical summary of hard rock target areas to identify possible hard rock drilling target regions for gold.
