Harte Gold Encounters High-Grade Results from the Sugar Zone Deposit
Harte Gold has reported drill hole results from the second batch as a part of its 10,000 metre drilling program at Sugar Zone deposit.
The company has identified visible gold in five out of the eight drill holes. Harte has cut 204 g/t gold over 0.40 metres, including 52.84 g/t gold over 1.75 metres and 17.6 g/t gold over 5.26 meters in hole SZ-11-15. Obtaining high-grade results will show the considerable gold extension at the deposit.
The Phase I drilling program of the company is concentrated on the Sugar Zone deposit. This program comprises in-fill drilling from the surface till 300 meters to advance the Inferred Resource to the Measured and Indicated Resources in order to upgrade the NI 43-101 Report. Harte has finished the block model of the sugar zone deposit and commenced the mining and engineering plan.
This ongoing 10,000 metre drill program includes analyzing the down dip expansions of the deposit under 300 meters. Harte is performing the drilling to broaden the existing 800 meter strike length of the deposit. It also examines the IP/Mag targets around three kilometers north-west of the Wolf zone and Sugar zone; cutting lines 65 kilometres for the IP/ Mag survey above the Fold Closure region to discover the next drilling targets.
