Australian-American Mining Corporation Limited Is now being traded on the highest tier of the OTCQX. The OTC Markets Group said that the company has chosen to have its American Depositary Receipts traded with them.
R. Cromwell Coulson, President and Chief Executive Officer of OTC Markets Group, said that investor focused companies use the quality-controlled OTCQX platform to offer their investors transparent trading, superior information and easy access through the U.S. broker of their choice.
The OTC Markets Group is the financial information and technology service company which provides the largest electronic marketplace in the world for broker dealers to trade unlisted stocks. The CEO welcomed Australian American Mining to OTCQX.
The company is to trade shares under the symbol MNOMY where each American Depositary Receipt represents 10 ordinary shares. The company is already listed on the Australian Securities Exchange. It is at present developing a rare earth project in Arizona, a gold project in Arizona and uranium projects in Nevada, New Mexico and Texas.
