Pelangio Files NI 43-101 Technical Report for Ghana Manfo Project

Pelangio Exploration Inc. ("Pelangio" or the "Company") is very pleased to announce the filing of a technical report prepared in accordance with Canadian Securities Administrators' National Instrument 43-101 ("NI 43-101") in support of the Company's May 7, 2013 news release which announces a maiden resource estimate at its Manfo Project in Ghana, West Africa.

SRK Consulting (Canada) Inc. ("SRK") prepared the independent technical report titled "Mineral Resource Evaluation Technical Report, Manfo Gold Project Ghana", the ("Technical Report"), dated June 21, 2013, effective date of May 7, 2013. The Technical Report was prepared by Robert Blair Hrabi, PGeo (APGO #1723) and Dorota El-Rassi, P.Eng (APEO #100012348), under the supervision of Glen Cole, PGeo (APGO #1416) of SRK. Mr. Hrabi, Ms. El-Rassi, and Mr. Cole, are all independent Qualified Persons as this is defined in NI 43-101. The Technical Report is available on SEDAR at www.sedar.com and will be available on the Company's website www.pelangio.com.

Pelangio's Senior VP Exploration is Warren Bates, PGeo (APGO #0211), a Qualified Person as defined by NI 43-101 who has reviewed the technical content of this press release.
