Canaco Resources Announces New Assay Results from Magambazi Gold Discovery

Canaco Resources has reported the fresh assay results of the diamond drill program conducted at the Magambazi gold discovery. The company is continuing the drill program to expand and infill the discovered mineralized zones.

It has found new mineralization zone in the upper gneiss at the Magambazi South’s northern end and the further assay results will be prioritized for this site.

The company has obtained the assay results from 20 diamond drill holes. It has intersected 4.05 g/t gold over 8.0 m in the hole MGZD224, 12.67 g/t gold over 5.0 m and 1.19 g/t gold over 16.4 m in the hole MGZD295, 5.26 g/t gold over 6.0 m in the hole MGZD301, 8.84 g/t gold over 8.3 m, 2.74 g/t gold over 11.0 m and 2.01 g/t gold over 21.0 m in the hole MGZD303, 12.71 g/t gold over 4.4 m and 4.78 g/t gold over 13.0 m in the hole MGZD307, 18.18 g/t gold over 2.1 m, 5.76 g/t gold over 7.0 m, 2.98 g/t gold over 4.9 m and 2.80 g/t gold over 7.0 m in the hole MGZD330, 2.80 g/t gold over 23.8 m in the hole MGZD337. These are the new results received from the Magambazi Main Lode’s eastern part and Cave lode.
