Invenio Resources, a Canada-based exploration company, declared that a diamond drilling program will be conducted at the Ganes Creek gold project situated in Southwest Interior Alaska. The drill program has been planned to examine about 1.2 km of the 11.5 km-long Yankee-Ganes Creek gold trend. It will also target the two zones inside the Main Ridge region. The company can earn a 100% interest in the project.

Condor Resources has declared that it has obtained the second and third diamond drill hole results from the San Martin project in South Peru. The location of the hole SMA-002 was around 80 m towards the northern part of the hole SMA-001, and focused on the continuous depth returning positive silver assays from the surface chip-channel samples.
Calibre Mining has declared that it has received additional results of the phase II delineation diamond drilling preformed at the Riscos de Oro epithermal project in Northeast Nicaragua.
Strait Gold has announced that Teck Peru, a subsidiary of Teck Resources, has given the approval for a primary 15 hole drilling program at its Alicia project in Peru. The total cost of the exploration is $2 million. Based on the results, the company has planned to drill additional 30 holes.
